Kirtiraj Sawant's father, Nana Saheb Sawant, a retired police officer, played a pivotal role in Karjat's development. Thirty years ago, when Karjat was barely on the map, Nana Saheb and his wife Rajeshree dedicated themselves to uplifting the local community by teaching culinary skills to the local Adivasi tribe, initiating employment generation programs, developing schools, and contributing to local afforestation efforts.
Mr. Kirtiraj Sawant aims to honor his family's legacy through this project. The Jambrung Valley project represents his desire to contribute meaningfully to Karjat's ongoing development, blending modern luxury with the area's rich history and natural beauty. This project is more than a real estate venture for KSR Group; it's a continuation of a family tradition of community service and sustainable development in a place they've called home for generations.
